Refund policy

At Nectar Notes, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and returning the product at their own expense.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the product remains the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, sprayed, or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Sale or discounted items are considered final sale, unless received defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo/video proof. In such cases:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our store:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
