Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

• Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

• Nectar Notes is not responsible for customs delays.

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Couriers

• Customs processing

• Weather or unforeseen circumstances

• If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact the courier directly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

• Lost packages: May be eligible for replacement or refund after courier investigation is completed.
